Lead Consultant  Ishya Consulting's director, Dr. Catherine Honeyman, is a dual Rwandan-American citizen with degrees from Harvard University
(BA) and the University of Wisconsin-Madison (MA, PhD) focusing on education policy, with a distributed minor in business and applied economics. Honeyman has conducted or coordinated education and research projects in Brazil, Colombia, Honduras, Rwanda, and the United States, and speaks English, French, Spanish, and Kinyarwanda. As director, Honeyman serves as lead consultant on all of Ishya's projects, ensuring high quality products and services. Ishya's Team Ishya's team also includes an additional pool of independent field researchers and data analysts with specialties in both quantitative and qualitative research, and expertise in education, livelihoods, entrepreneurship, and savings and loan groups.
